After 15+ years as strategy and operations leader, including senior leadership roles at adidas and advisory work across industries, and 10+ years as Coach and Yoga / Mindfulness Teacher, Miriam built MindLead Advisory around a single conviction: lasting change, whether in a strategy, an individual, or an AI transformation, requires alignment between the inner and the outer. The mindset and the mechanism. The intention and the operating system. That’s where her work makes a lasting impact.
