I am Miriam. After 15+ years in strategy and operations, including senior leadership at adidas and advisory work across industries, I built MindLead Advisory around a single conviction: lasting change, whether in a strategy, a culture, or an AI transformation, requires alignment between the inner and the outer. The mindset and the mechanism. The intention and the operating system. I work at the intersection of both.
