The Alignment Loop
There are many frameworks out there. And they all have their place. In my experience, there’s always something missing.
That’s why I developed The Alignment Loop.
Most purpose-driven leaders don't lack commitment. They lack alignment. The Alignment Loop is the framework I use with every client: four dimensions, each with an inner and an outer layer, designed to close the gap between who you intend to be and how you actually operate. Because lasting change, in a person or an organization, always starts on the inside.
About Miriam Lesa
For over 15 years, I've worked at the intersection of strategy, execution, human transformation and culture, as architect, operator and client partner, across adidas, Siemens and a high-growth SaaS start-up in Europe and North America. I've learned that businesses don't transform, people do.
I first observed this, watching my mother run her fashion store and build a loyal following one relationship at a time. A decade later at adidas, I carried that same instinct into brand strategy, growing from building strategy rooted in consumer insight into a Chief of Staff to two Presidents of adidas Canada. Here I was, leading key strategic initiatives of a full business turnaround and impacting culture at the same time and then a couple years later, I was leading the growth strategy to double the size of the business.
Most recently as Director, Strategic Advisory at Cascade, I built and held senior relationships across 50+ organizations, supporting leaders to build strategies that stick. I co-hosted the 5-star "Ultimate Strategy Podcast", and ran a monthly webinar program that turned prospects into customers.
As accredited executive coach, PMP-certified project manager and certified yoga and mindfulness teacher, and driven by curiosity, I bring the rigour of an operator and the empathy of a coach to every relationship I build. I founded MindLead Advisory to help C-level leaders and founders to lead from the inside out, because the relationship with yourself is the one every other relationship is built on.
People who have worked with me have called me a Velvet Hammer. I bring the structure to build a plan that holds, and the human presence to make the change feel possible. What and How united. Because lasting change requires both.
Born and raised in southern Germany. Based just outside Toronto. Working in English and German across North America and Europe. Wife, mother of two boys, and a lifelong student of what it means to live and lead with intention.
