Our Appraoch
Where inner work meets outer change.
What you can expect
Every change starts inside. In the hearts and minds of leaders, and in the culture that either carries a strategy forward or quietly resists it.
That's the belief at the center of every engagement. We don't separate the human work from the strategic work, because they were never separate to begin with. We work with you on strategy, transformation, and execution and we do it at every level: the inner clarity that makes decisions easier, and the outer structures that make them stick.
We work like partners. We bring rigor and we bring presence. And our single measure of success is yours.
The Alignment Loop
There are many frameworks out there. And they all have their place. In my experience, there’s always something missing.
That’s why I developed The Alignment Loop.
Most purpose-driven leaders don't lack commitment. They lack alignment. The Alignment Loop is the framework I use with every client: four dimensions, each with an inner and an outer layer, designed to close the gap between who you intend to be and how you actually operate. Because lasting change, in a person or an organization, always starts on the inside.
About Miriam
Here's what I've noticed after 15+ years working inside global organizations and alongside founders, executives, and nonprofit leaders: purpose is often the thing standing in the way of progress. Not because purpose is wrong, but because it hasn't been translated into how decisions actually get made.
For individuals, it shows up as perfectionism: the gap between who you want to be and what you're willing to do today. For organizations, it shows up as misalignment: a compelling mission on the wall, and a leadership team that isn't quite moving in the same direction.
I work at that gap. I founded MindLead Advisory in 2023 to bridge purpose, strategy, and action - for people and organizations who are serious about both.
My background spans two worlds that most people keep separate. I've spent over 15 years in strategy and operations, including seven years at adidas, and work with universities, associations, and purpose-driven organizations across North America and Europe. And for more than a decade, I've studied, practiced, and taught yoga and mindfulness.
I don't think those are separate things. Real alignment, the kind that holds under pressure, starts on the inside. An individual who wants to change has to begin with their mindset. A leadership team that wants to move an organization has to be genuinely aligned before the strategy can follow. Nothing moves in the right direction without that inner work done first.
People who've worked with me have called me a Velvet Hammer. I think that's right. I bring rigor and warmth together, the strategic discipline to build systems that hold, and the human presence to make change feel possible.
