The Alignment Loop

There are many frameworks out there. And they all have their place. In my experience, there’s always something missing.

That’s why I developed The Alignment Loop.

Most purpose-driven leaders don't lack commitment. They lack alignment. The Alignment Loop is the framework I use with every client: four dimensions, each with an inner and an outer layer, designed to close the gap between who you intend to be and how you actually operate. Because lasting change, in a person or an organization, always starts on the inside.

Here is what I have noticed after 15 years working inside global organizations: the gap between a good strategy and a real result is almost never analytical. It is almost always human.

That gap between intention and action is where I work. I founded MindLead Advisory in 2023 to bridge purpose, strategy, and action - for people and organizations who are serious about both.

My background spans two worlds that most people keep separate. I have spent most of my career in strategy and operations, including seven years at adidas, and advisory work with organizations across North America and Europe navigating transformation, strategy execution, and the growing challenge of building AI into their operations in a way that actually holds. And for more than a decade I have studied, practiced, and taught yoga and mindfulness.

Those are not separate things. They are the same thing approached from two directions. Real alignment, the kind that holds under pressure and survives an AI implementation and outlasts a strategic planning cycle, starts on the inside. In the mindset of the leader. In the culture of the team. In the gap between what an organization says it stands for and how it actually decides.

Nothing moves in the right direction without that inner work done first. Every transformation I have seen fail, whether a strategy refresh, a cultural shift, or an AI rollout, has failed at that same point.

People who have worked with me have called me a Velvet Hammer. I think that is right. I bring the strategic discipline to build systems that hold, and the human presence to make change feel possible. Rigour and warmth together. Because lasting change requires both.
