Connect to your Inner Strength through Vinyasa Yoga

This is for the woman who wants to create space for herself and is looking for nourishment for mind, body and soul through movement and breath.

Welcome to a practice that goes beyond the physical - Vinyasa Yoga.

Vinyasa Yoga is embracing the fluidity of movement and breath, weaving strength and serenity into each pose. It involves smooth transitioning between yoga asanas, creating a dynamic and harmonious practice that builds strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

  • "I began taking Miriam's yoga classes as part of my journey into rebuilding my strength postpartum. Miriam guides her classes with experience and kindness, offering alternative positions or movements to accommodate past injuries or to challenge yourself physically. I have always felt welcome and comfortable in her class, which allowed me to push myself and improve my own yoga practice. I would personally recommend her yoga classes to anyone investing in their own health and wellness through movement"

What to expect from a yoga class with Miriam

My energy flow yoga follows the rhythm of the breath and moves dynamically from one shape into another.

We start classes slow, warming up our bodies, finding our breath and then move into a faster-paced vinyasa flow sequence that creates heat in your body as well as a deep connection through the power of your breath. Every class ends with a powerful pranayama (breathing) practice, before taking a well deserved savasana to the sounds of high energy vibrations.

My classes are accessible to all levels and I workshop certain asanas with you to ensure you get it right. We include active recovery intervals for renewed energy.

Embrace the journey of progress, not perfection. My support for physical and mental growth is central in this continuous flow of movement and breath generating a meditative state, encouraging you to let go of thought and focus on the experience of the present moment.

Give the gift of self-care! Because a special person deserves a full yoga session to herself.
