That's where I come in as a fractional Chief of Staff, like a consultancy's most senior person, borrowed early. I bring clarity and structure, follow-through, and honest counsel on what's working and what isn't, then partner with the CEO to bring in the right people to scale what we've built.

I did exactly this as Chief of Staff to two consecutive Presidents at adidas Canada, first helping return the business to profitability, then building the scale-up plan to double the business in 5 years. Since then, I've advised leaders across industries to get their business ready to scale with focus and determination, so the business grows well.
