I did exactly this as Chief of Staff to two consecutive Presidents at adidas Canada, first helping return the business to profitability, then building the scale-up plan to double the business in 5 years. Since then, I've advised leaders across industries to get their business ready to scale with focus and determination, so the business grows well.
